I am a Registered Psychologist with experience providing counselling for a wide range of challenges such as:

This is why I am continuously working to expand my counselling knowledge, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Informed Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Attachment-Based and Positive Psychology.
Availability
I currently provide online counselling on the following day:
Wednesdays: 10am-7:30pm

Payment
60 minute online session: $220
Direct billing available for the following insurance plans:
-Blue Cross
-Greenshield Canada
-Canada Life
-Claim Secure
+ More (Please ask if your insurer allows me to direct bill).
Payment methods accepted: Mastercard, Visa, E-transfer
Most insurance companies in Alberta will reimburse for counselling sessions with a psychologist. Please contact your insurer for information and limitations.
My philosophy is to make mental health counselling easily accessible. Online counselling allows you to access support from wherever you are.
